Directorate of Public Instruction, Madhya Pradesh, Bhopal has announced the guest teacher registration and information update process for the academic session 2025-26. Educationportal3.in portal has started from 2 May 2025. Interested candidates have to complete the registration and document verification process on time. The last date for registration has now been extended to 31 May 2025.

The order number of Directorate of Public Instruction, Madhya Pradesh / Guest Teacher / 2025-26/203, Bhopal, dated 03/07/2025 is as follows -

Due to non-verification of guest teachers working earlier, on the basis of their representation, another opportunity is being provided for verification of applicants registered on GFMS portal under Education Portal 3.0, hence the facility is being provided for document verification of the candidate on the login of cluster principal on 04.07.2025 (for one day). If the verification work is not done on the date given by the applicants, then no application of theirs will be considered after the deadline.

IMPORTANT -  This facility will be available only for one day on July 04, 2025.

Login to the GFMS portal.

Go to the profile section and edit the required information (like educational qualification, contact details). Final submit.

•  Register on Educationportal3.in portal.

•  Enter your Samagra ID and verify with OTP.

•  Upload educational and professional documents.

•  Lock the profile and go to Cluster Principal for verification.
